The Colorado Eagles are a professional ice hockey team based in Loveland, Colorado, United States. They are a member of the American Hockey League (AHL), the top development league for the National Hockey League (NHL). The Eagles were founded in 2003 and are an affiliate of the NHL's Colorado Avalanche. They play their home games at the Budweiser Events Center.
The Eagles have a dedicated fan base and are known for their skilled and hard-working style of play. The team has had a successful history, winning the Calder Cup, the AHL's championship trophy, in 2018 and making it to the Calder Cup Finals on several other occasions.
