Flag India Vector PNG vector in SVG, PDF, AI, CDR format

The national flag of India, also known as the "Tiranga," features three horizontal stripes of equal width in saffron, white, and green colors. The top saffron stripe represents courage and sacrifice, the middle white stripe symbolizes peace and truth, and the bottom green stripe signifies growth and auspiciousness.

In the center of the white stripe is a navy blue wheel with 24 spokes, known as the Ashoka Chakra. This emblem represents the laws of dharma, and is based on the wheel depicted on the Sarnath Lion Capital of Ashoka, an ancient Buddhist monument.

The flag was adopted on July 22, 1947, by the Constituent Assembly of India. The design and colors were chosen to represent the unity and diversity of India, as well as its independence movement. The ratio of the width to the length of the flag is 2:3.
