The Mönchengladbach Mavericks are a professional American football team based in Mönchengladbach, Germany. They were founded in 1990 and compete in the German Football League (GFL), the highest level of American football in Germany. The Mavericks have had some success in the GFL, winning a national championship in 2007. They play their home games at the Mönchengladbach-Rheydter Spielverein stadium.
