This is the upcoming placeholder logo of Paramount Global logo once the merger with Skydance was completed. It replaced the iconic Paramount script font with a serif font used for Skydance logo with its arc. This logo was unveiled during Investor presentation regarding the merger between them by the upcoming CEO David Ellison on July 8, 2024.
