On June 10, 2024, Rohto Pharmaceuticals announced that it would update its corporate slogan and logo design to celebrate its 125th anniversary. The new logo greatly resembles its predecessor by retaining the color scheme though a bit darker, the slightly ascending O and the red line under the wordmark, albeit incorporating changes such as bending the red line to make it symbolize a smiling mouth and moving it left to make its starting point connect with the R and the ending point pointing to the O. Plus, the OHTO part of the logo was slightly translated downwards, which made it not even with the upper part of the R anymore.
