The Asian Wall Street Journal (AWSJ) was a daily English-language newspaper that covered business, financial, and economic news in Asia. It was based in Hong Kong, and had additional bureaus in major cities throughout the region, including Tokyo, Bangkok, Jakarta, and Seoul. The newspaper was published from 1976 to 1998, when it was merged with the Wall Street Journal to form the Asian edition of the Wall Street Journal.
