TİP (Türkiye İşçi Partisi) is a socialist political party in Turkey that was founded in 2016. It is the successor of the Workers' Party of Turkey, which was banned in 1998 for violating the Constitution.

The party's platform emphasizes the need for a more equitable and just society, with a focus on workers' rights, social welfare, and democratic governance. It seeks to address issues such as income inequality, poverty, and discrimination, and to promote policies that are in line with socialist principles and beliefs.

TİP has a small but dedicated base of supporters in Turkey, particularly among left-wing and working-class voters. It has been able to attract support through its advocacy for workers' rights and its critiques of the AKP's economic policies, which it argues have favored the wealthy at the expense of the working class.

Despite these challenges, TİP has been able to win seats in the Turkish parliament and has played an important role in advocating for a more socialist and egalitarian vision of Turkish politics. However, it remains a relatively minor player in the Turkish political scene, and it faces significant challenges in a political landscape dominated by the AKP and its allies.
