The Western New York Flash was a professional women's soccer team based in Rochester, New York. The team was founded in 2008 and played in various leagues, including Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) and the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
The Flash played their home games at Sahlen's Stadium, which is located in the suburb of Rochester, New York. The team's colors were yellow and blue.
The Flash had a talented roster of players throughout their history, including several United States national team members, such as Abby Wambach, Carli Lloyd, and Alex Morgan, as well as international players such as Canada's Christine Sinclair and England's Jodie Taylor.
