The Abbotsford Canucks were a professional ice hockey team based in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. They were a member of the American Hockey League (AHL), the top development league for the National Hockey League (NHL). The Canucks were founded in 2009 as the Manitoba Moose and moved to Abbotsford in 2009. They were an affiliate of the NHL's Vancouver Canucks. The team played its home games at the Abbotsford Centre.
The Canucks had a dedicated fan base and were known for their skilled and hard-working style of play. The team made the playoffs in several seasons, including a trip to the Western Conference Finals in 2012.
